Prosecutors say that a Texas man driving his wife and four children around in his SUV was so drunk that he didn't notice his four-year-old son get fatally ejected from the backseat of the car as he twice collided into a Chicago highway guardrail. According to prosecutors, Franklin Jackson only noticed the hole in the back window when he pulled into a gas station a few blocks away to check the damage to his Ford Expedition. When Jackson returned to the scene to look for his son, police were already waiting for him. Jackson wasn't breathalyzed until six hours after the crash, when he registered a .04 BAC, well under the legal limit, although he did admit to drinking and driving and had "glassy and bloodshot eyes." Authorities, who estimate he was driving with a BAC between .11 and .15, say they found an empty vodka bottle, an empty beer can and an unopened beer in the car. Jackson's son, also named Franklin Jackson, was apparently seated in the middle seat

A “Witch” crashed landed while attempting to fly over a church somewhere in Lagos state, it has been reported The alleged witch.   The alleged witch’s name was given only as Esther. According to onlookers, the Woman confessed to be going for a meeting in Ikotun but was struck down when she attempted to fly across a church which was said to be holding a vigil till the break of dawn. She was someone’s househelp and she said she had killed over 500people. Immediately after she finished her confession she choked and this hand came out from her mouth and she died, according to the report.

  A High Court in Ahoada East LGA of Rivers State was bombed this morning Monday January 6th, according to reports from the state. The Will Nigeria reports The bombing of the court where Justice Charles N. Wali usually holds court, reportedly occurred on Monday morning a few hours before a politically charged suit against Hon Evans Bipi, a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly and leader of a group of 6 lawmakers, who has been unlawfully parading himself as the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly. Justice Wali had about a month ago ordered Bipi to stop parading himself as Speaker of the House as the tussle over control of the state government between loyalists of the Presidency and the Rivers Governor, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, lingers with an end in sight. No casualties have been reported over the bombing as at the time of filing this report.

"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson's a reckless druggie who abandoned his pregnant wife for a 22-year-old woman ... so claims his pregnant wife ... and now, shocker, she's filing for divorce. Kylee Cochran filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. She says 43-year-old Seth bailed on their 12-year marriage in September to shack up with his 22-year-old side piece, while his wife was 3 months pregnant with their third child. Kylee is now 7 months pregnant and wants a judge to give her full physical and legal custody of their kids, including their 5-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She claims Seth is already okay with this, and agreed to give up all custodial rights. Kylee says she's open to giving Seth visitation, but only under supervised conditions, given his alleged past drug use. And she wants spousal support -- if she's telling the truth, it's only fair.
