In a recent interview, Nollywood actor Enyina Nwigwe opens up on acting roles that might require him to portray the role of a homosexual man. In one of such controversial movies, title Games Men Play Reloaded, he admitted getting a few negative reaction from people for playing the role of a gay man. Hear him: “It doesn’t get to me. Yes, I got a couple of funny hints from the community that I must be one of them. I don’t have a problem with that. I was just interpreting a role. But it’s only natural that if the gay community finds you attractive, they would come after you. When the mother of two was asked about how her husband feels whenever she is being kissed or fondled in the movies she acts in. Read what she said; “I don’t think he cares, because he knows it’s a make-believe sort of thing. There was even a film that I’m supposed to kiss somebody, and when he watched the film he told me that I did not do it well. He said it was not done professionally. The only thing I cannot do is to act unclad”.

Basketball star Dennis Rodman has offered to trade places with an American missionary imprisoned in North Korea. Rodman, 52, had criticised Kenneth Bae, 45, sentenced to 15 years hard labour, in a drunken rant on CNN early last month. Hundreds of thousands are held in prisons and labour camps there. Conditions are brutal and executions commonplace, even of children. But in an interview from rehab yesterday, Rodman said: “I would do anything. If they said, ‘we’ll take Dennis Rodman and we’ll let Kenneth Bae go’, you know what? I’d do that, straight ahead. Take me.” The NBA legend has made four trips to North Korea and defended Kim Jong-un, even calling the despot his “best friend”.
