A 14-year-old boy has been arrested by the Delta State Police Command for allegedly masterminding the kidnap of his grandmother. In what seemed like part of the plan, the abductors had taken the boy along with the grandmother and another victim in the process of kidnap, but dropped off the accused before getting to their hideout. It was reported that it was not the first time the boy had planned the abduction of his grandmother to enable him share from the ransom. Speaking on the incident, State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr. Charles Muka said, “This is a case of conspiracy in which a grandson, for the second time, planned his grandmother’s kidnap. “On 17th of this month in Oleh, Isoko South Local Government Area at 6pm, one Hope Evivie, a 62-year-old woman, was kidnapped with the suspect, Julius Evivie, a 14-year-old boy and Victory Oghenero, also a four-year-old boy. “However, the suspect was later dropped off on the road while the victim was taken aw...
